Privacy
This notice describes how Recruiting Manager uses information to provide the recruiting-management functionality requested by the family. Updated September 9, 2026.
Gmail access and correspondence
Gmail is accessed only after the Google account owner authorizes the connection. Recruiting Manager reads messages and thread information to identify relevant recruiting correspondence and organize school and coach interactions, follow-ups and recruiting events. Relevant message content, participants, dates and thread references are saved in the family workspace. Unrelated messages are not added to the recruiting inbox.
Sending requires human approval
A user must review the recipient and message and explicitly approve sending. Recruiting Manager does not send recruiting email autonomously. Incoming mail, scheduled synchronization and recruiting analyses cannot authorize a send.
Google Calendar
With authorization, Recruiting Manager creates or uses a dedicated recruiting calendar in Google Calendar. It synchronizes eligible confirmed recruiting events and their updates. Recruiting Manager’s own calendar records remain the source of truth; invitations needing review are not automatically placed on Google Calendar.
Storage and household access
OAuth credentials and access/refresh tokens are stored server-side. Stored Google tokens are encrypted in private server storage; credentials and tokens are not exposed in the application client or to other users. Authorized members of the same household can view saved recruiting correspondence and events as part of the shared workspace. Unrelated households cannot access those records. Supabase provides authentication and data storage, Expo hosts the web application, and Google provides the authorized Gmail and Calendar services.
Limited use of Google data
Google user data is used only to provide and support the visible Recruiting Manager functionality requested by the family. It is not sold, used for advertising, or repurposed for unrelated profiling. Sharing is limited to providing those authorized features, protecting security or meeting legal requirements. Access to message content for support requires specific user permission unless needed for security or required by law. These limits reflect Google’s Limited Use principle; this notice does not claim Google verification, certification or endorsement.
Your control and retained records
You can disconnect an account in Recruiting Manager or revoke access through your Google Account’s third-party connections permissions. Revocation stops future authorized Google access; it does not automatically delete recruiting records already saved in the household. Contact the family Parent/Admin to arrange review, correction or removal of saved information. Audit history may be retained to document changes and approved actions.
