PRIVATE FAMILY / FIELD HOCKEY
Terms
Recruiting Manager is a private family recruiting-management tool for parents and a player. These terms describe its intended use and the family’s responsibilities. Updated September 9, 2026.
Use of the workspace
Use the application for the family’s college field-hockey recruiting activities. Keep account access secure and connect only Google accounts you are authorized to use. Access to the private workspace depends on authentication and household membership.
Information and analysis
School, coach, roster, commitment, camp and correspondence information may be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date. Recruiting analyses are decision-support estimates, not guarantees of admission, financial aid, a scholarship, an offer or a place on a team. Verify important details with the relevant school, coach or event organizer before relying on them.
Communications and calendar details
Users remain responsible for recipients, message content and any communication they approve. Review each outgoing message before sending. Users also remain responsible for calendar dates, times, locations, registrations, costs and attendance; an extracted or synchronized event does not itself register anyone for an event.
Family decisions and connected services
The family remains responsible for its recruiting decisions and follow-through. Gmail and Google Calendar connections depend on user permission and service availability. Synchronization can be delayed or interrupted, so check the original email or organizer’s information when timing matters. The Privacy page explains how connected data is used.
